When you buy a plan, payment details are handled by Paddle; AutoNow.ai receives the transaction and subscription information needed to provide support and manage access.
We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the websites and service, such as browser, device, approximate location derived from IP and event times. We use only the information needed for the purpose described here.
2. How we use it
We use information to provide and secure AutoNow.ai, support requested social media preparation and review workflows, manage accounts and entitlements, process support requests, communicate about service or billing matters, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer content to create a public profile about you.
3. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as payment, hosting, email and infrastructure providers. They may process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms.
